President Trump stated at a freewheeling press conference Thursday that reports of his habits during a fulfilling the previous day with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, whom he called “Crazy Nancy,” were untrue– and he called on other White House authorities to back him up.
” She’s not the exact same individual. She’s lost it. … She is a mess,” he stated about Pelosi.
White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway stated he was ” really calm, no temper tantrum.” Others spoke in his defense as well.
” You were really calm,” White Home National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow stated throughout the briefing.
Trump also then asked Press Secretary Sarah Sanders next. “Very calm,” Sanders said.
After Trump’s conference, Pelosi, D-Calif., tweeted in defense: “When the ‘incredibly stable genius’ begins acting more governmental, I’ll more than happy to work with him on facilities, trade and other concerns.”
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., who was at the conference, had his own take, tweeting: “I would explain his attitude as agitated.”

Trump apparently stalked out of the Cabinet Space on Wednesday requiring an end to all congressional investigations before he would work with Congress on collapsing U.S. infrastructure and other matters.
Pelosi said earlier Thursday that Trump has established a pattern of unpredictability, and at one point she even joked about the 25 th Modification, the Constitution’s provision laying out the treatment for replacing a president.

” I wish that his household or his administration or his personnel would have an intervention for the good of the country,” Pelosi said at her weekly news conference, including that she wishes him and the nation.
” Perhaps he desires to take a leave of absence,” she said. Asked whether she’s worried about Trump’s wellness, she replied, “I am.”
