In an interview marking his inaugural week as chairman of the effective Home Intelligence Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) told star Richard Schiff that the Trump administration is likely to end in the New york city Republican’s defeat in 2020.
Adam Schiff, who is not associated with the former “West Wing” star, effectively dismissed claims by some fellow Democrats that impeachment must be imminent.
He informed the star that some days under President Trump feel like cruising “on a ship where rivets are popping out and we’re handling water.”
” We will make it through this,” Adam Schiff said in “The Hill” piece. “We are still afloat.”
” I presume it ends with Donald Trump being voted out of workplace, however Bob Mueller will have a lot to state about that,” the Framingham, Mass native continued.

He said that people must not “prejudge” the findings of the Mueller probe till the conclusions are set out, adding that he has his own duties in his new function as House Intel chief on the matter.
Richard Schiff later asked what legislative top priority the Congressman has for the new term.
Adam Schiff responded that the “rise of authoritarianism around the globe” is an important matter for his committee.
