President Donald Trump has been briefed on Friday’s massive 7.0 earthquake in Alaska.

Trump has been holding conferences with world leaders at the Argentina G20 top.

” The President has been informed on the earthquake near Anchorage, Alaska, and is keeping track of damage reports,” composed Sanders. “We are wishing the security of all Alaskans!”

The quake determined a 7.0 magnitude after being updated from an early 6.6 magnitude procedure. The 19-mile-deep quake struck just north of Anchorage in Point MacKenzie.

Photos and video of damaged roadways and massive internal structure damage began streaming onto the Internet soon after the quake, revealing trashed rooms.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin tweeted that her family made it through the quake, however the Palin family home in Wasilla did not:

for Alaska. Our family is intact– house is not … I envision that’s the case for many, lots of others. So appreciative to be safe; wishing our state following the earthquake.

One video shows a courtroom as the quake begins, along with the jarring, extended shaking that sent out people ducking under desks.

The National Tsunami Caution Center released a tsunami warning that was later on lifted in southern seaside areas of Alaska.
